We are extremely sorry that your order has not been delivered yet. We do everything we can to make sure you recieve your Exhale Label purchase. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help you sort this as soon as we can.
How many days would shipping a new order take?
We are a young company and this helps us significantly in helping you get your Exhale piece as quickly as possible, so thanks for your understanding in advance. We’re grateful for your patience (it’s worth the wait!) We usually get your order to you within 3 - 5 working days. If in an unlikely event, it will take longer, we will inform you of the same.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You’ve got 14 days to return your order, but please note, the item should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
The courier charges would be borne by the customer to send the piece back in the case of a refund. In the case of an exchange, the cost to send the piece back would be borne by the customer and the exchanged size to be sent to the customer, the courier cost would be borne by Exhale Label.

Please note that the refunded amount will have the shipping or COD cost deducted.
Please make sure you have the following information on the email -
•Order Number / Registered E-Mail Id
•Reason for returns
•Bank Account Details (if you want the refund in your bank account)
Once you receive a reply from Team Exhale Label, please re-pack the items to be returned with all original packaging & tags that they were shipped with to the following address:

What are the return conditions?
1. The products have to be unused and the tags have to be secure on the product along with original packaging. Any sign of usage will give us the right to refuse return. If you have removed the tags but not used the product, please contact customer service -+919920153035 and we will see if anything can be done to help you out.
2. Please try clothing articles with the tags on to check sizes. If you are happy with the product you can remove the tags and become an Exhaler.
3. Sale of all discounted items are FINAL. No returns will be accepted.
How long does a refund or exchange take to process?
Once we receive an item, we need 7 days to conduct a quality check. Post a quality check, the refund amount will be credited back to your bank account. A bank refund usually takes about 4 weeks.
How do I cancel my order?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel an order.
The Cancellation needs to be done with in the 24 hours of order confirmation. After 24 hours no cancellation query shall entertained.
How do I recieve my money back once the order is cancelled?
When the payment is made using a credit/debit card (or any form of online payment) then the amount is credited back to the same account from which the payment is made within 14 working days.
We will keep you updated on the status of your return at each step. When we validate your return, we send you a return authorization mail.
At the closure of your refund, we shall send you a closure mail.
In rare cases of Damaged/Defective/Incorrect product received, you need to inform us within 48 hours of Delivery.
Online refunds will be done in 10 to 14 working days.
