Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY:

• Kindly reach out to us at hello@exhalelabel.com within 7 days of receiving your order for any exchange request.
• To facilitate an exchange, please ensure that the products are in unused condition, accompanied by their original packaging and all original tags. Kindly note that Exhale Label reserves the right to cancel exchange requests that do not adhere to these criteria. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in maintaining the quality of our exchange process.
• Made-to-order or pre-ordered products are not eligible for exchanges.
• Enjoy your first exchange on us! Please note that any exchanges made after the first exchange will be charged at a rate of Rs. 150 per exchange.
• Customers are allowed to exchange their product for a different size only once.
• If your pincode is serviceable, we will arrange for a reverse pickup for your return. However, if your pincode is not serviceable, you will need to bear the cost of return shipping.
• Products purchased on sale, via discounts, or store credits are not eligible for exchange.
• Exchanges are subject to availability. If your size is not in stock, we will issue a store credit for you, valid for 6 months.
• We aim to process exchanges within 7-10 business days upon receiving the product back at the warehouse.
• Rest assured that if you happen to receive a faulty or damaged product, we will promptly arrange an exchange for you.
