• In case of an exchange, you can either receive a product or a gift card.
• If a product is exchanged for another product or if a product is bought with a gift card, no subsequent exchanges/returns will be provided. Subsequent changes mean that after the product has been exchanged, the "exchanged product" cannot be exchanged again.
• Only one gift card can be issued per order.
• Gift cards can be redeemed for all Exhale Label products, including Sale Items.
• Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
• If the order value is less than the amount of the Gift Card, the outstanding balance can be used for subsequent transactions.
• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
