There are some products on the website which are "Pre-Orders" which means that they are in the process of being stocked but due to it being a very popular product(s), we start accepting orders before that. Please allow around 2-3 weeks for a Pre-Order to be dispatched to you. In case of customs delay or weather conditions, there may be an unforeseen further delay.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Yes, we do accept an exchange within 7 days from the time you receive your shipment. Irrespective of the reason for exchange, the garment must be in an unused condition, in the original packaging and have all the original tags intact. Please try our products with the hang tags on to check for sizing. If you are happy with the product you can remove the tags and become an Exhaler.
**Note: product(s) purchased on sale cannot be cancelled once the order is placed and are not eligible for return/refund/exchange.
Once delivered, our products are yours. We will be more than happy to exchange the product(s) for you, but no refunds will be processed for any orders.

Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a defect, we will exchange it for the cost as long as it has been returned within 7 days of purchase. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a defect. If you have received a faulty item please email us at email@example.com along with the images of the product and with ‘Request for Return/Exchange’ followed by your Order Number in the subject line.
We will exchange the product depending on the availability or we can exchange this with any other product of your choice. If you're unsure of a replacement product(s), we also offer a store credit that can be redeemed within a year from the date of purchase.

We do offer a return pick up service in case there is a discrepancy from our end. For all other exchanges and returns from the client’s end, it is important for the client to send the product(s) to us. Once this is received, we can proceed with the exchange accordingly.
As all Custom Orders are made-to-measure and are unique to cater to the specific requirements given to us, we cannot offer an exchange or a return on any custom order.
In case if there is a sizing issue we can try to alter it as much as possible. For alteration firstly please get in touch with our team and in case we approve of the alteration you will have to send us the product back and bear the shipping cost both the ways.
