For all orders, we charge a standard shipping fee of INR.100 for prepaid orders and a fee of INR.150 for COD orders.

We aim to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Orders typically take 5 - 7 business days to be packed, shipped and reach your doorstep. If your order needs to be expedited, kindly reach out to us and we will try our very best to make sure the shipment reaches faster if it is in our control. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships.

As soon as a shipping label is created, you will receive tracking details for your shipment on your registered email ID. You can track this with our logistics partner on their website.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Yes, we do accept returns or exchange, but it must be within 7 days from the time you receive your shipment. Irrespective of the reason of return or exchange, the garment must be unused, in the original packaging and have all the original tags.
Sizing Return :
If the exchange or return is due to sizing problems, contact us at email@example.com. Our team will help you either with the correct size or suggest another style that they might find fit for your choice.
Please note, in the case of an exchange or return, the cost for the return of the product back to us will be borne solely by the client.
Style Return :
Incase if you're not pleased with the style you have currently invested in, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will help you either look for an alternate option or refund your money. If you choose to exchange the garment for another style, we will adjust the balance amount with your new order. Incase of a refund please check our refund policy below. Please note, in the case of an exchange or return, the cost for the return of the product back to us will be borne solely by the client.
Whatsoever the reason for an exchange or a return, please help us with the following details, so we don't lose track of your details and we move along swiftly with the process:

The products have to be unused and the tags have to be secure on the product along with original packaging. Any sign of usage will give us the right to refuse the return. If you have removed the tags but not used the product, please contact us at email@example.com and we will see if anything can be done to help you out.
Please try our products with the hangtags on to check for sizing. If you are happy with the product you can remove the tags and become an Exhaler.
Sale of all discounted items are FINAL. No returns will be accepted.
Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a defect, we will replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within 14 days of purchase. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a defect. If you have received a faulty item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with ‘Request for Return/Exchange’ followed by your Order Number in the subject line. In the email mention the reason for the claim along with images of the damaged product.
We will replace the product if stock is available or refund you upon return.
We have a courier service that will facilitate the return, however this will be chargeable. Once we receive your request for an exchange, we will send you an email stating all details and charges of the return. Be sure to view our size chart before placing your order to make the purchase seamless.
Once we receive an item, we need 1-2 days to conduct a quality check. Post a quality check, the refund amount will be credited to your bank account. A bank refund usually takes about 14 working days.
The Cancellation needs to be done within the 24 hours of order confirmation. After 24 hours no cancellation query shall be entertained.
