RETURN POLICY:

  • Kindly be aware that we adhere to a strict no-refund policy. In the spirit of accommodating our valued customers, all refunds will be processed in the form of store credits. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to continuing to serve you with the best possible experience.
  • Once your order has left our warehouse, it’s officially on its way to you and can’t be canceled. If your cancellation request reaches us after the order’s already shipped, we won’t be able to process it, but don’t worry, you can always reach out to us for help once it arrives.
  • To return the order, please submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the order to hello@exhalelabel.com or click on the "Exchange/ Return Request" under the Policies section or click here.
  • Please note that items that were purchased on sale, store credits, customized or specially made-to-order cannot be returned or refunded.
  • In case of a damaged item, you can choose to receive store credit or a refund for your purchase. It's totally up to you! Just let us know which option you prefer and we'll take care of the rest.
  • Store credits are valid for 6 months and are non-extendable.
